Robert was born on December 20th, 1916. Robert's father was Charles P Heitz and his mother was Elizabeth Teresa Stigler (Heitz).  His paternal grandparents were Casper Heitz and Hannah Gehrke (Heitz); his maternal grandparents were Max Stigler and Anna M (Stigler). He had a brother named Peter.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 62 on October 18th, 1979.
