Edna was born on October 11th, 1895.

Edna's father was AreFonzo Kimbler and her mother was Alice Tufts (Kimbler). Her paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Greene Kimbler and Martha Melvina Collins (Kimbler, Back); her maternal grandparents were Levin Shreves Tufts and Julia Ann Morrison (Tufts). She had four brothers and three sisters, named Nathaniel, Levin, Herbert, Raymond, Lillian, Vivian and Esther. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 53 on January 21st, 1949.
