George was born on December 11th, 1932. George's father was George Scott Kimbler and his mother was Mary Edith Simpkins (Kimbler).  His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Greene Kimbler and Martha Melvina Collins (Kimbler, Back); his maternal grandparents were W Simpkins and Laura Mullett (Simpkins). He had four sisters named <Unknown>, Ruth, <Unknown> and <Unknown>.  He was the third oldest of the five children. He had six half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Nathaniel, George, Charles, Pearlie, Willie, John, Mary, Mamie, Alice, Dorothy and Hattie.  He died at the age of 54 on July 23rd, 1987.
