William was born in December 1825. William's father was Ebenezar Kimbler and his mother was Nancy (Kimbler).  His paternal grandparents were Sewell (Suit) Kimbler and Annie (Kimbler). He had two brothers named Solomon and Silas.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 75 on February 12th, 1901.
