Evangeline was born on December 7th, 1951. Evangeline's father was Isaac Leslie Parker and her mother was Mary Dell Stephens (Parker). Her paternal grandparents were Willie Fred Parker and Rosie Mae Whithurst (Parker); her maternal grandparents were Joseph Ellis Stephens and Susie Sophie Ramsey (Stephens). She had a brother named Freddie. She was the older of the two children. She died from cancer, Breast Cancer, at the age of 58 on November 15th, 2010 at 4036 North 64th Drive; Phoenix, AZ. The funeral took place on November 20th, 2010 and was arranged by Camino Del Sol Crematory. She was buried on November 20th, 2010.1 1 - Death Notes
- Diagnosed with Breast Cancer in her left breast in Dec., 2008. (Stage 2)
Had Masectomy of Left Breast and underwent chemo and radiation.
Diagnosed with having a return of Breast Cancer in the lining of her lungs and diagnosed with Stage 4 in July, 2010.
Found Breast Cancer in her lung on August 20, 2010.
Released on Hospice in October, 2010.
Passed away peacefully in her hospital bed in the living room with her family present.

From October 21st, 1974 Evangeline's occupation was Branch Administrator full time in finance for Graybar Electric, in City of Phoenix, AZ. She retired on December 1st, 2009.1
