John Picklesimer 
John was born in 1828. John's father was Dr Nathaniel Picklesimer and his mother was Lieuraney Susanah Williams (Picklesimer). His paternal grandparents were Abraham Adam Picklesimer and Elizabeth Prater (Picklesimer); his maternal grandparents were Phillip Williams and Ann Floating Cloud (Williams). He had two brothers and five sisters, named Francis, Phillip, Margaret, Maryann, Nancy, Susan and Celia. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
