Herbert William Stephens 
Herbert was born on April 19th, 1922. Herbert's father was Joseph Ellis Stephens and his mother was Susie Sophie Ramsey (Stephens). His paternal grandparents were James Owens Stephens and Melissa Isabell Anna Acker (Stephens); his maternal grandparents were John H Ramsey and Mary E Sanders (Ramsey). He had two sisters named Idella and Mary. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 1 on July 15th, 1923.-
